I’m a contemporary abstract artist based in Rotterdam, The Netherlands. I studied Visual Arts & Design at the Academy of Arts, where I earned my bachelor’s degree with a background in art education. After graduation, my path took me in many directions, some creative and others less so, but the foundation of seeing and thinking as an artist never left me.
Years later, something in me reawakened, and I felt a strong pull to paint again. That return to painting brought back a deep sense of joy, meaning, and fulfillment, leading me to fully embrace my path as an artist. Today, I work from my studio in Rotterdam, where I spend my days creating and living in alignment with who I truly am.
My work is rooted in observation, of both the natural world and the quiet internal shifts we experience as humans. I find inspiration in textures shaped by time, in landscapes that hold stories, and in the unseen layers within ourselves. Through my art, I explore these transitions, creating pieces that invite stillness and reflection: moments to connect with what is felt but not always seen.
